We do not collect clinical images, genetic data, or medical records.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
We never use your photos to train AI models.

2.3 Handling of Breast Photos

Photos uploaded to the Breast Change Tracker are:

• stored securely

• used only for your personal awareness

• never shared

• never analyzed for diagnosis

• never used for AI training

• permanently deleted when you delete them

Local-only storage is supported when available.

2.4 Legal Basis (GDPR)

We rely on:

You may withdraw consent anytime in Settings.

You must use a valid email.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login.

3.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the App

• upload harmful or inappropriate content

• infringe any intellectual property

3.5 Intellectual Property

All content, design, and methodologies (Women’s Healing Systems™, Sensory–Somatic–Self™, etc.) are owned by CuraVision ApS.

3.7 Termination

You may delete your account anytime.
We may suspend accounts for misuse.

Danish law + EU GDPR.
