An Incubator on the Go
An Incubator on the Go
CuraVentures is an itinerant incubator and a rescue ship for ventures in motion.
We come to you — instead of asking you to enter a fixed program. We arrive when direction is unclear, execution is stuck, or a new venture prepares to leave harbour.
Independent. Itinerant. Creative. Unordinary. Human. Surgically Precise.

Built at Sea
CuraVentures was inspired by learnings during a sailing yacht master certification at the Royal Danish Yacht Club (KDY) — where we learned more about leadership, work, and trust at sea than anywhere else.
Writing about a rescue manoeuvre for a magazine, we realised that coming alongside, steadying the boat, re-charting the course, and leaving when the wind returns mirrors the work we now do for leaders, teams, and systems.

The Jaguar Alchemist
Magic + agency. Story + system. Transformation with precision and soul.
The Jaguar Alchemist
Magic + agency. Story + system. Transformation with precision & soul.
An alchemist works with what already exists — story, fear, ambition, culture, constraints — and transforms it into something coherent, courageous, and alive.
That is the spirit of CuraVentures.
We don’t perform theatre. We practice grounded alchemy — where magic meets agency, and ideas become movement.
